Subject: [PATCH] changed format of aliasvertex_t to use floats (hopefully this
 is a speedup, it sure bloats memory use - 36 bytes each, compared to 4 bytes
 in mdl/md2) corrected scale for md3 vertices mentioned in header (md3 is
 still not supported yet) added some unfinished mesh structures to begin
 support for md3
