And now properly check for menu_enabled to instantly hide the HUD cursor ONLY in the case hud_fade_alpha cannot work (the second check simply avoids to draw the cursor if it's already faded out). This way my rude fix is complementary to the elegant FruitieX's one ;P

If the entire HUD is transparent, just do NOT draw it.
This improves the fps when displaying the scoreboard for example.
