Attempt to make "no preview" images skin dependent. Works for the client part, but the menu does not see it yet

Good "no preview" images for maps and players, based on a texture in the Luminos menu skin. Note that those images are not skin dependent, since they are also used in the map voting screen. Though since map voting is client side, perhaps I can change that?

Fix a small and unlikely bug that I discovered in Vore Tournament. If a bot does not have a weapon but attempts to reload it / switch to it, he will have weird animations. Therefore, make sure the bot has the weapon before trying to switch.
