cvar: g_projectiles_keep_owner (keep owner when projectile is damaged), was previously controlled by g_ca for no reason; never allow a projectile's owner to become world or a non-player; fixes #1226

some fixes... this should fix case 1. Upon closer investigation I noticed a bug in case 2 where the player is pushed a little bit too much towards the attacker, this needs to be checked still. But it's good enough for testing I think.

code case 2: player is not hit directly with aim, but instead via spread. This actually works and it's quite fun/easy to juggle clones around if you make the laser spread huge and damage small. For some reason case 1 (aiming directly at player) is a bit broken, investigating that...
