-include/dinput.h (part of DirectX, also found in ftp://ftp.idsoftware.com/idstuff/source/q1source.zip)
-include/dsound.h (part of DirectX, also found in ftp://ftp.idsoftware.com/idstuff/source/q1source.zip)
