Add a new summary statistics byline below the main logo.

Summary statistics shown and refreshed hourly via cache
invalidation (Beaker):

- total games
- total dm, duel, and ctf games
- total players
- total servers

If for some reason the summary statistics can't be retrieved, the
old one is shown instead.
